This course will offer safe firearm handling skills, range safety, Pennsylvania gun laws, cleaning, maintenance and proper storage of firearms, and the basic handgun fundamentals. This course is perfect for the new shooter or those seeking a refresher on fundamentals.
Required Gear for the course:
Handgun of a common caliber that the operator can easily control
50 rounds of ammo per person
A case for your handgun
Minimum of 1-2 magazines per handgun
Safety glasses and hearing protection (we can provide complimentary if needed)
Weather-appropriate attire (NO open-toed shoes. -- Tennis shoes or hiking shoes are recommended, they may get dirty. NO Sleeveless shirts or low cut shirts. Hats are also recommended for your safety)
Students will bring a light lunch or snack and something to drink (water will be provided)

Please consider physical aspects like standing for periods of time at the range when you choose your attire.
