During Rifle and Pistol Craft weekend Kerry Dugan of Archangel Defense and Kevin Dixie of No Other Choice will bring you a weekend of performance based shooting mixed in with defensive and cognitive processing to help you on your training journey to be the best you can be with your handgun and rifle systems!
Required Gear for the course:
Handgun
Handgun of a common caliber that the operator can easily control
A case for your handgun
Minimum of 1-2 magazines per handgun
Safety glasses and hearing protection (we can provide complimentary if needed)
Weather-appropriate attire (NO open-toed shoes. -- Tennis shoes or hiking shoes are recommended, they may get dirty. NO Sleeveless shirts or low cut shirts. Hats are also recommended for your safety)
Students will bring a light lunch or snack and something to drink (water will be provided)
Kydex holster
Sturdy belt (please wear appropriate pants with belt loops)
Rifle
A modern sporting rifle of the AR-15 or M4 platform in 5.56 or .223 caliber. AR pistols. All rifles must be up to date in ATF regulations
Minimum of 2-3 magazines
Iron sights, red dot style or low power variable optics
Safety glasses and hearing protection
Weather-appropriate attire (NO open toed shoes. Tennis shoes or hiking shoes are recommended, they may get dirty. NO Sleeveless shirts or low cut shirts. Hats are also recommended for your safety)
Note pad and pen
1,000 rounds total 500 rounds of ammo per platform
